Air Conditioning
Available (from about May 1, depending on outdoor temperature) free of charge. The hotel has a centrally controlled air condition system which is kept on 24h a day. No heating in the apartments.
Safety Box
- We recommend that you use the safety box in your room for all your valuables.
- The hotel does not assume any responsibility for items not kept in the safety box.
- For your safety, we recommend that you close the balcony doors and windows at night and whenever you leave your apartment/room.

- Press the Home button on your remote control
- Go to Channels and then Source
- Choose HDMI 1/2
- Follow the instructions on the TV
- All done! Now feel free to cast your own streaming apps on the TV
Room Cleaning
Your Suite is cleaned everyday.
Fresh Bath Towels & Bed Linen
Would you like fresh bath towels and/or bed linen? Place your used towels/linen in the laundry on the floor in the bathroom. You can exchange your used pool and beach towels for fresh ones at Reception.

Prime Suite or Welcome Package Prime
Have you booked a Prime Suite or Welcome Package Prime? Check out what’s included in your room:

- Reusable water bottle - you will find fresh water in the water container in the corridor. Enjoy and bring home!

- For Prime Suite guest - choose your preferred pillow directly from the closet.
- For Welcome Package Prime guest - simply call Reception with your request and we will deliver it to the room.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including the use of electronic cigarettes, will be permitted in designated smoking area outside the facility. It is forbidden to smoke in the rooms, balconies and terraces.
